About

Which of the statements below describe you?

I want to get my budget under control.

I’m looking for ways to stretch what money I do have because a second job or side hustle is just not an option based on my life circumstances at this time.

I want to change my mindset towards money matters.

I want to pay off debt.

I need a plan to reach my savings goals.

I don’t want to work until I’m too old to retire in good health.

Guess what? You’ve come to the right place!

Who am I?

Cee of Cee The Path To FICall me Cee …

I paid off debt and funded grad school on a much lower income during my single days. Even though I’m now married and my income + my husband’s are considerably more than what I alone started out with, we are still working our way toward debt and financial freedom.

A bit about me:

I hold a BBA in Finance [+ an MS in a social science field of study].

My career experience [20+ years] has been helping people achieve goals and completing what they’ve started — many of whom have had their rock bottom or ‘enough’ moment.

I paid off auto and student loan debt while making less than $10.00/hour — and cash flowed the majority of my grad school expenses on said hourly wage.

I was fortunate to have parents who instilled frugality and value-based spending among many other money lessons throughout my childhood. I realize what a privilege it was to have been gifted that mindset from a young age. I can’t say I always followed every lesson all the time, but generational wealth starts with knowledge!

I am not a Dave Ramsey purist nor will I ever will be. [Personal fact: I snowballed $10k in student loans out of existence before I even heard of the man!]. I do, however, believe that you have to live like no one else so that later you can live like no one else. I just don’t think that needs to mean giving up spending on everything else until debt freedom is achieved while subsisting on beans and rice …

I have the same mental blocks and mindset struggles as everyone else does [if not more TBH] and work daily to overcome them to achieve both personal and financial goals.

I dream of the day that I can say I’ve finally obtained the dream job [that everyone thinks I’ve been joking about since I was 21] of being retired.

When I’m not nerding out over money, budgeting, and spreadsheets, I enjoy traveling, reading, photography, and spending time with my husband and our dogs.
